Frequently Asked Questions

AGMOW offers Free Shipping on all orders.  We use USPS or UPS for all our shipping.  Most orders ship same day or Next business day.  Standard lead time varies depending on ship-to location. Typically 3-5 days delivery.

AGMOW understands the urgency of breakdown situations.  If you are in need of expediting an order for rush delivery please call the office. Do Not order on the website. We are able to arrange Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or courier service hot shots. Freight can either be Pre Paid & Add or sent using your UPS Acct number. Unfortunately we do not offer Free Shipping on Rush Shipping, but we do work with our shipping partners to get the Rush Shipping charges as low as possible.

All orders ship from our warehouse centrally located in Morrison, TN or directly from our suppliers located in the US.

We are proud of the quality of our products, and stand behind them 100%.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you ordered, please contact us within 90 days of purchase and we will do everything we can to correct the problem or issue credit for purchase. If the item needs to be returned, AGMOW will send a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) via email explaining the return process. Once merchandise is received in original condition & packaging, we will issue credit.
